Coordinate IT operational, financial, procurement, and portfolio activities for the CIO office. Support IT budgeting (OpEx/CapEx), track spend and variance, manage procurement/POs and PCard administration, facilitate demand intake and portfolio tracking, produce dashboards and executive reporting, ensure audit readiness, and drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment between IT, Finance, and Procurement.

Serve as SME, update electrical design standards, support commissioning, troubleshoot plant electrical issues, and mentor junior engineers. Manage multiple projects, coordinate with contractors/suppliers, and support business development.

Lead procurement for major capital projects ($10M–$1.5B), develop sourcing strategies, prequalify and evaluate vendors, run RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate EPC/construction/equipment contracts, allocate commercial risk, manage post-award supplier performance, drive cost-out and lifecycle savings, produce executive procurement reporting, and lead and develop project procurement teams.

Serve as the customer-facing technical contact supporting sales and operations for hazardous and non-hazardous waste handling. Provide regulatory and technical guidance, review SDSs and lab data, prepare waste profiles and manifests, coordinate onboarding and pickups, maintain CRM and tracking records, troubleshoot service issues, support audits and process improvements, and travel quarterly to customer accounts and Reworld facilities.

Provide full-cycle HR support for South Region sites (Tulsa, OK and Huntsville, AL): employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, payroll and benefits point-of-contact, workforce planning, employee engagement and events, policy implementation, and manager coaching using data-driven HR insights.

Provide regional technical and compliance oversight for CEMS and DAS across multiple facilities, ensuring QA/QC, audit readiness (RATAs, opacity, cylinder audits), preventive maintenance, change control, inspections, reporting, and corrective action to maintain regulatory compliance and data defensibility.

Lead design and execution of an enterprise technical training strategy for operations and maintenance. Build on-the-job and train-the-trainer programs, manage LMS (GPiLEARN+), ensure regulatory compliance, develop immersive training, measure learning outcomes, and lead a team of training professionals across sites.

Lead commercial startup sales for new Material Processing Facilities (MPFs), developing broker and direct sales strategies, driving profitable revenue growth, forecasting and pipeline management, executing pricing and contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and traveling frequently to build customer relationships and fill facility capacity.
