Part-time, in-person intern responsible for managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook presence; developing content calendars; creating, scheduling, and publishing social content; engaging with followers; tracking analytics; and designing branded graphics. The role supports marketing initiatives through visual storytelling, caption writing, and creative content development while maintaining brand standards and meeting deadlines.

Leads the regional Sales and Operations Planning process, aligning commercial demand, facility capacity, supply chain, finance, and operational goals. Responsibilities include demand and supply planning, forecasting, inventory and working capital optimization, waste-flow coordination, metrics and dashboard development, continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, change management, and cross-functional team leadership across multiple facilities.

Own IT financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investment analysis. Partner with IT leadership, Accounting, Procurement, and stakeholders to manage expenses, headcount, capital investments, accruals, capitalization, technology cost models, and business cases. Develop forecasts, evaluate ROI and total cost of ownership, monitor initiatives, improve financial governance and reporting, and present recommendations to senior leaders.

Provides transactional finance support for facility operations, including procure-to-pay processing, invoice exception resolution, month-end close, forecasting, expense and inventory analytics, budgeting, audit documentation, and project financial modeling. The role also maintains data integrity across systems, supports facility maintenance planning, and improves financial processes while partnering with controllers, facility managers, stakeholders, and auditors.

Leads pricing strategy and governance to optimize revenue, profitability, volume, customer retention, and capacity utilization. Develops value-based pricing models, margin analyses, scenario planning, approval frameworks, and deal review processes. Partners with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, and regional leaders to implement commercial strategies, strengthen pricing discipline, identify revenue leakage, and measure financial outcomes. Uses analytics and business intelligence tools to translate pricing insights into actionable recommendations and scalable processes.

Manages technical accounting research, financial reporting analysis, and documentation for complex transactions under US GAAP and IFRS. Prepares accounting white papers, evaluates contracts and proposed standards, supports SEC disclosures, maintains accounting policies, and coordinates with internal and external auditors. Advises business stakeholders on revenue recognition, leases, impairments, derivatives, business combinations, and other accounting matters while leading cross-functional discussions and ensuring timely resolution of reporting issues.

Manages local and regional procurement activities, including supplier qualification, sourcing, RFPs, negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, supplier performance, compliance, cost reduction, and inventory coordination. Partners with facility operations, engineering, and maintenance teams, supports budgeting and KPI reporting, trains internal users on procurement systems, and travels up to 25% to regional facilities.

Manages daily scalehouse, receiving, shipping, and administrative operations. Supervises and develops staff, oversees inbound and outbound transactions, prepares manifests and bills of lading, manages invoicing and basic accounting processes, tracks KPIs, maintains operational records, schedules loads in Salesforce, and improves administrative efficiency while ensuring safety, compliance, and accurate customer and shipment information.

Lead design and execution of an enterprise technical training strategy for operations and maintenance. Build on-the-job and train-the-trainer programs, manage LMS (GPiLEARN+), ensure regulatory compliance, develop immersive training, measure learning outcomes, and lead a team of training professionals across sites.

Leads B2B performance and demand-generation marketing, overseeing integrated digital campaigns, ABM, lead nurturing, marketing automation, budget management, conversion optimization, analytics, attribution, and go-to-market initiatives. Partners with sales, operations, communications, and service-line leaders to increase qualified pipeline, revenue, and lead-to-opportunity conversion. Presents performance insights to executives and manages one direct report.
