Manage branch operations for a high-revenue location: hire, train, supervise staff; ensure DOT compliance and safety; oversee productivity, route audits, financial performance, and customer service.

Lead and grow a regional sales team for the Jacksonville market: recruit, train, coach, build strategic proposals, manage CRM, develop market and retention plans, drive acquisition and forecasting, and travel the territory to build customer relationships.

Supervise and monitor site operations and staff to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient waste-handling activities.
