Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new Commercial and Industrial clients within a defined territory. Identify leads, pursue competitor conversions, maintain product and pricing knowledge, build long-term customer relationships, execute service agreements, meet monthly growth quotas, collaborate with operations and customer service, perform site visits, document activities in Salesforce, and represent the company at trade and community events.

Support corporate insurance and risk management by mastering policy structures, managing insurance renewals, compiling cross-functional data, and delivering insights using Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Develop specialized risk expertise in environmental services and communicate with internal leaders and external partners.

Drive territory revenue by prospecting, managing accounts, and closing sales. Perform waste-stream analyses, prepare quotes/contracts, manage pipeline with ACT database, oversee branch P&L, and represent GFL in municipal and community engagements.

Support outside sales representatives by scheduling appointments, preparing bids, processing inbound service requests and contract files, answering customer calls, maintaining accurate records, creating Excel reports, and assisting the Sales Manager as needed.
