Design and implement reports, dashboards, and analyses using SQL, Databricks, Python, and Excel to support pharmacy department decisions and regulatory reporting. Design, build, and deploy agentic LLM-powered systems and RAG pipelines. Implement tool orchestration, model adaptation (fine-tuning/LoRA), evaluation, monitoring, and production MLOps. Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure governance/compliance in regulated domains, and mentor junior engineers.

Perform data extraction, integration, profiling, and analysis across Molina systems and external sources. Produce data quality controls, KPIs, reports, and recommendations; support root cause investigations, ad hoc requests, and data governance initiatives.
