Designs and leads mixed-methods research and evaluation projects on missionary training and learning. Collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data, develops reports and dashboards, communicates findings to stakeholders, and manages multiple projects and research assistants to inform program improvement.

Provide high-level, confidential executive support to Church senior leaders: manage calendars, travel, meetings, communications, documents, research, project coordination, and liaison duties. Anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, maintain discretion, and support events, purchasing, and budget tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Serve as initial technical contact for patrons, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones; resolve hardware, Windows OS, network and VPN issues; perform Active Directory password resets; remote into systems when needed; record contacts in CRM; escalate complex issues; provide customer-focused support during assigned shift.

Perform rigorous internal audits across diverse global Church operations: plan and execute audit procedures, perform risk assessments, document findings, communicate with leaders, and recommend control and compliance improvements. Collaborate with teams, travel occasionally, and support professional development and mission-driven objectives.

Support migration of the Church's music library from Finale to Dorico, design and maintain engraved sheet music in many languages, follow multi-channel publishing processes, and collaborate within approval workflows to meet quality standards for hymn and other Church music projects.

Support Church music managers in developing and publishing music training resources, coordinate committees and volunteers, assist events, review and edit sheet music and audio assets, and provide administrative support for the hymnbook redesign project.

Part-time internship supporting Latin America planning: develop communication strategy, manage content calendar, document training, coordinate genealogical research, and edit/support the FamilySearch Wiki in Spanish and Portuguese while managing volunteer communications.

Coordinate global travel for Church employees and representatives: book air/rail/car/hotels, prepare detailed itineraries, obtain visas and audit documents, resolve travel/documentation issues, manage invoicing and payments, prepare check requisitions, and liaise with consulates to ensure smooth, cost-efficient travel.

Provide senior-level administrative support for events and ticketing operations, including scheduling, budget monitoring, research and reporting, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, ticketing will-call, and planning/executing large meetings and conferences. Work independently on complex problems, manage multiple calendars and communications, and train or mentor others.
