Execute and manage email, website, and social media content; build and deploy campaigns; monitor performance and analytics; maintain brand standards and digital assets; support conversion and user experience improvements; coordinate with marketing team and branch staff; manage multiple projects and event-time communications.

Coordinate and oversee Early Learning Readiness classes for children ages 0-5 and their caregivers. Ensure smooth site operations, curriculum alignment, staff training and supervision, family communication, data collection, budgeting, community partnerships, safety compliance, and event planning to support caregiver engagement and child readiness for school.

Provide front-desk membership and member engagement support, deliver excellent customer service, process registrations/cancellations, give facility tours, maintain schedules and paperwork, promote programs, use DAXKO and office technology, and support branch operations and staff training.
