Performs project-specific mechanical engineering and design for refining, petrochemical, chemical, and power projects. Responsibilities include planning mechanical systems, preparing equipment specifications and RFQ packages, evaluating technical bids, reviewing vendor documents, developing technical scopes, and conducting field walkdowns. Performs pipe stress analysis, interprets technical drawings, develops CAD and 3D designs, evaluates equipment and systems, tests alternate designs, and ensures compliance with engineering specifications. Provides technical presentations, troubleshooting support, and training while visiting construction sites and industrial facilities.

Designs process systems for power, refining, gas processing, petrochemical, and chemical projects. Develops PFDs, P&IDs, heat and mass balances, equipment datasheets, hydraulic analyses, equipment specifications, and relief systems. Participates in hazard reviews, evaluates safety and environmental compliance, coordinates engineering execution, reviews team work, and presents technical information to clients. Requires extensive process engineering experience, strong process modeling and hydraulic analysis skills, and familiarity with industry standards and specialized software.

Supports process engineers with process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment sizing, data analysis, technical documentation, vendor reviews, and plant design activities. The role coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, supports PHA and HAZOP studies, tracks project actions, and may assist with startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational support at industrial facilities and construction sites.

Leads mechanical engineering and design for industrial EPC and LNG projects. Responsibilities include developing specifications, evaluating bids, reviewing vendor documents, specifying process equipment, preparing equipment datasheets and ASME calculations, supporting budgets and schedules, and leading small engineering teams. The role requires vendor coordination, field walkdowns, client meetings, and technical oversight of pumps, compressors, pressure vessels, exchangers, tanks, and piping systems. Travel to Japan for two weeks every two months is required.

Leads engineering execution for complex power generation projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating engineering deliverables, schedules, budgets, quality, procurement, construction, commissioning, and client interfaces. Reviews technical designs, manages change control and technical risks, ensures compliance with codes and regulatory requirements, and supports constructability, field engineering, audits, and project turnover. Requires extensive EPC or heavy industrial experience, power generation knowledge, and strong technical leadership.
