Perform mechanical engineering tasks for EPC projects: specify and review vendor documents for pressure vessels, pumps, tanks, and heat exchangers; perform equipment and piping calculations; specify piping materials; conduct field surveys; attend project meetings; and potentially lead mechanical scope including schedule, budget, and reporting.

Drive and track pre-delivery document submittals to meet contract and project schedules. Prioritize and expedite supplier documentation, analyze supplier performance, participate in engineering and project expediting meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, escalate ongoing issues, and provide stakeholders regular status updates. Lead process engineering team to develop PFDs and P&IDs, size and rate equipment, perform hydraulic and relief/flare analyses, participate in HAZOP/LOPA and PHA reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor junior engineers, estimate project resources, and present technical information to clients and peers.

Manage and maintain construction project schedules across all phases, perform schedule updates and quality checks, analyze resources and earned value, lead schedule meetings, monitor schedule health, and mentor junior schedulers while communicating findings to stakeholders.

Senior Process Engineer responsible for PFDs, P&IDs, equipment datasheets, heat and mass balances, equipment sizing/rating, hydraulic analysis, relief system design, hazard reviews (HAZOP/LOPA), ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with offshore engineering centers, and supporting project quality and documentation. Occasional site travel and drug/alcohol testing consortium membership required.

Prepare electrical and instrumentation & control (I&C) 2D/3D drawings, wiring diagrams, one-lines and schematics from sketches/specs. Produce bills of material, as-built drawings, resolve client comments, perform field walkdowns, and support engineers under supervision. Maintain nuclear plant access and comply with safety and company procedures.

Lead I&C engineering for nuclear power plant upgrades and new projects. Develop I&C design criteria, specifications, control system architectures, select instruments/valves, prepare modification packages, review designs, manage scope/schedule/budget, coordinate disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with nuclear codes, standards, and NRC regulations. Conduct field walkdowns and support plant access requirements.

Source and screen candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate site interviews, manage requisitions, track staffing data using MS Office and databases, build staffing plans and job descriptions, manage redeployment and hiring processes (background checks, drug screens, I-9/E-Verify), and perform administrative hiring tasks.

Lead project controls for engineering projects: develop, maintain, and monitor Primavera P6 schedules; integrate engineering, procurement, and construction timelines; produce earned value and progress reports; forecast resources and budgets; advise management on impacts and corrective actions; train junior planners.
