Teach undergraduate information technology and engineering technology courses (3–4 per semester), advise students, develop curriculum and online content, and help build applied cybersecurity and applied AI programs. May teach on-campus, off-site, or online and participate in summer teaching and service activities.

Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, support biweekly/monthly payroll and payroll reconciliation, respond to HRIS/help-desk inquiries, audit Form I-9 and E-Verify documentation, manage electronic personnel files, assist with public records and unemployment claims, and collaborate with Payroll and other departments to resolve data and compensation issues.

Prepares and analyzes financial information, performs complex journal entries, and reconciles multiple university bank and subsidiary accounts. Supports month-end close, investigates reconciling items, monitors stale-dated checks and unclaimed property, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and completes ad hoc accounting analyses and reporting to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Serve as HR business partner to Athletics and assigned units, advising leaders on employee relations, recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, workforce and succession planning, compliance with university and NCAA rules, investigations, training coordination, and organizational development to improve retention and effectiveness.

Lead strategy and operations for enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, backup/recovery, identity, Microsoft 365, DNS, monitoring, and cloud platforms. Ensure security, resilience, cost-effectiveness, compliance, vendor management, incident response, business continuity, and staff development while partnering across IT, cybersecurity, legal, and campus stakeholders.

Provide legal research and reference services to law students, faculty, staff, attorneys, and the public; teach legal research courses; develop guides and electronic resource training; select collection materials; supervise public services and student workers; coordinate library events and represent the Law Library professionally.

Manage and coordinate training programs, innovation events, and research cluster support; develop and manage grant applications; oversee budgets, financial reporting, asset tracking, and facility maintenance; ensure compliance with university policies; prepare presentations and perform related duties as assigned.

Lead creative direction and produce original visual content for Memphis Athletics across social, game-day, recruiting, digital advertising, and print. Oversee brand consistency, manage asset libraries, produce motion and videoboard content, direct shoots, collaborate with internal and external partners, mentor interns/part-time staff, and manage multiple projects under NCAA and institutional compliance.
