Serve as a strategic client partner for Trans Ova Genetics by providing personalized consultation, operational support, and proactive communication. Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver solutions, support contract and inventory management, communicate technical results, manage domestic shipping documentation, and build long-term client relationships to drive retention and continuous improvement.

Define and lead cloud and platform architecture for scalable, secure, cost‑efficient cloud-hosted applications. Oversee shared platform capabilities, review solution designs, embed security and governance, design data and integration platforms, lead migrations and modernization, set observability and resilience patterns, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and SRE teams.

Analyze production costs, COGS, inventory, margins, and operational drivers; perform variance analysis; improve costing processes; build financial models for CAPEX and product economics; support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning; partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, dashboards, and decision-making using automation and AI-enabled tools.

Design, build and deploy production AI/ML solutions from complex, distributed farm data. Engineer features, select models, run experiments, move models to scalable real-time production, monitor and observe AI systems, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and collaborate with product, engineering and domain teams. Contribute to user-facing features with React/TypeScript as needed.

Coordinate import/export logistics for third-party semen and embryos, manage order processing through invoicing, ensure CFIA compliance and product integrity, monitor supply chain metrics, resolve transportation and customer issues, and identify process improvements to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction.
