Two-year, year-round Visiting Professor to oversee the Rural Practice Clinic in Fort Kent, supervising student attorneys and an administrative manager. Provide direct oversight of clinical work (client interviews, research, drafting, negotiation, hearings, court/agency appearances), mentor students, evaluate and grade performance, collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners, and promote experiential learning and access to justice.

Provide administrative support for scholarship awarding and accounting: process awards and donor checks, reconcile accounts, coordinate billing and imaging, update scholarship systems, handle residency/housing changes, deliver customer service, and supervise student employees.

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns for student recruitment and institutional marketing. Monitor performance, run A/B tests, improve conversion rates, use analytics and attribution models to generate insights, collaborate with Enrollment Management and academic units, and lead select graduate/online initiatives. Hybrid role with two days on campus.

Lead and grow UMFs early college programs by building K-12 partnerships, coordinating concurrent enrollment and accreditation (NECHE/NACEP), expanding delivery modalities, supporting student success, and collaborating with campus units to streamline program operations.

Design and run experimental test campaigns, perform numerical and CAD/CAE modeling, analyze data, develop solutions for additive manufacturing and composite structures, prepare technical reports and proposals, collaborate with staff, and mentor undergraduate researchers.

Coordinate projects and initiatives for the Dean's Office: maintain project plans, schedules, and databases; coordinate events, elections, and awards; manage communications, social media, newsletter, and college website; prepare reports and presentations; handle Concur requests, gifts/deposits, vendor relationships, and ensure policy compliance.

Maintain and run PeopleSoft queries and jobs, develop SQL-based reports, monitor data for anomalies, support federal/state compliance reporting, train staff on systems and reporting, and collaborate with Institutional Research and University partners to ensure accurate financial aid awarding.

Manage and expand Maine's climate resilience network by connecting practitioners to tools, funding, guidance, and experts; maintain a curated directory; support communication platforms; facilitate peer learning and outreach (especially to underserved communities); coordinate across institutions; and travel statewide to advance implementation of Maine's climate action plan.

Process and certify alternative and Direct PLUS loans, manage disbursements and electronic loan transmissions, resolve certification/disbursement issues, advise students and parents, support FAME program administration, perform award adjustments, and train/supervise student employees while maintaining accurate loan documentation and communications.

Serve as primary liaison for visitors and campus programming, manage marketing and communications, coordinate staff (Outreach Coordinator, Custodians, Sodexo Head Chef), organize reservations/catering/events, support teaching, research, and outreach in collaboration with the DMC Director and Facilities Manager.
