Lead strategic physician recruitment for pediatric subspecialties and women's health across the system. Partner with clinical and operational leaders on workforce planning, manage long-cycle searches, source candidates, oversee ATS/HRIS pipelines, deliver workforce analytics, ensure credentialing compliance, coordinate interviews and offers, represent the organization at conferences, and build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill physician roles.

Lead accounts payable and disbursement operations, driving automation, strong vendor data governance, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and team development. Partner cross-functionally to modernize ERP systems, deliver reporting and strategic insights, mitigate fraud risk, and support accreditation efforts.

Lead desktop/application integration and platform engineering initiatives: design processes, improve performance, mentor staff, manage complex operational projects, create workflows and policies, analyze system issues, and support enterprise endpoint lifecycle, packaging, deployment, and automation.
