Serve as technical lead and internal consultant for the enterprise workforce management platform. Build and analyze reports, resolve technical issues, design/document solutions, coordinate deployments, and manage change to drive adoption and operational improvements.

Lead FP&A for a multi-site academic hospital environment. Own financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Partner with senior leaders to inform strategic initiatives, develop finance processes, support audits, train finance staff, and drive service line and operational performance.

Transports patients, specimens and equipment across the hospital using wheelchairs, stretchers or beds. Assists with patient transfers, delivers equipment/specimens, may clean/disinfect medical equipment, provide directions to visitors, and perform other assigned duties within Nursing Services.

Develops and maintains website content, landing pages, and digital marketing tactics. Implements HTML5/CSS and SEO best practices, integrates CRM and email campaigns, manages web projects, enforces brand and regulatory/ADA compliance, and optimizes site performance to support marketing goals.

Transports patients, laboratory specimens, equipment and supplies between hospital locations. Supports lab operations by processing, preparing, and sorting specimens, answering phones, and maintaining infection control and patient safety. Must follow procedures, communicate with staff, and hold Basic Life Support certification.

Coordinate and lead the ASHP pharmacy residency program: manage residency advisory committee, oversee resident progression and documentation, develop and evaluate preceptors, implement continuous program improvement, and precept students/residents.

Provide strategic counsel and execute internal and external communications: develop and author materials, interview internal resources, schedule and release media communications, track media results, support strategic messaging with leadership, and perform related duties.

Lead large, complex technical and strategic projects across the organization. Build executive relationships, create and maintain project plans (scope, schedule, budget, communications, risk), manage resources and vendors, document decisions and workflows, report to governance, and improve project management methodologies.
