Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across the Western US while proactively identifying new business opportunities. Provide technical sales support for polymer/specialty materials, lead commercial negotiations, coordinate internally with technical and operations teams, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts, and travel regularly (up to 50%) to customers, sites, and industry events.
