Greet callers and visitors, answer dealership phones, direct customers, assist sales and admin teams, coordinate dealer trades, maintain Mazda vehicle inventory and certifications (training provided), perform basic accounting entries and daily service deposits, and handle light clerical and customer-facing duties.

Create sales opportunities by responding to inbound calls, internet and live chat leads, scheduling follow-up appointments, presenting initial financing options, using CRM daily, and collaborating with sales and management to improve processes and customer experience.

Sell new and used vehicles through consultative selling, product demonstrations, follow-ups and relationship-building. Meet with customers, overcome objections, attend trainings, report to Sales Manager, and maintain professional appearance and a clean driving record.
