Design and program electrical control systems for food/beverage machinery: schematics, PLC (Allen Bradley) ladder logic, BOMs, machine debug, installation support, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement while providing technical support to assembly and field teams.

Design, evaluate, and standardize manufacturing methods, process flows, tooling, and layouts to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase throughput. Support production troubleshooting, develop welding procedures, perform root cause analysis, use ERP data for process improvements, prepare reports/BOMs, and lead continuous improvement and project management initiatives.

Lead FP&A for a division: build management reporting, forecasting, performance management, and dashboards. Own monthly reviews, deliver financial analysis and narratives, support Capex reviews, drive continuous improvement, and partner with leadership on ad hoc deep dives and improvement projects.
