Manage day-to-day benefits and leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp), lead open enrollment, maintain HRIS records (Paycom), support talent acquisition and onboarding, analyze HR data, and ensure compliance with federal and Illinois leave laws and CBA provisions.
