Provides administrative and operational support to the Executive Director, including calendar and meeting management, correspondence, reports, purchasing, financial requests, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, credit card reconciliation, employee file maintenance, and event support. The role also responds to inquiries, assists direct reports, manages church programming software entries, and supports compliance with organizational policies.

Lead donor development and marketing for Prestonwood Pregnancy Center: set and meet fundraising goals, create and implement donor development and marketing plans, lead the team, cultivate donor and church relationships, manage donor events and planned giving, research and write grants, review marketing materials and website, and support broader PPC strategy and execution.

Provide flexible administrative support across ministries at Prestonwood Baptist Church Plano Campus: scheduling, phone and email response, clerical tasks, purchase order and financial paperwork, data entry into church programming software and membership database, reporting, volunteer screening, event support, and other duties as assigned.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for Prestonwood Baptist Church: applicant tracking, resume screening, interviews, job postings, background checks, new-hire orientation, HRIS updates, payroll support, HR documentation, and provide backup HR support and department projects.
