Maintain, troubleshoot, configure, and develop Symitar core banking systems and related applications. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, resolve complex technical issues, administer automation and teller capture systems, and implement performance improvements. Review code, maintain documentation, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, mentor junior staff, and support projects. The role includes on-call coverage and flexible nights, weekends, and off-hours work during month-end, quarter-end, and system processing.
