Lead and manage a .NET integrations development team for retail applications. Hands-on design, development, and maintenance of C#/ASP.NET Core services, cloud deployments, CI/CD, code reviews, documentation, and mentoring. Collaborate with product owners, QA, and stakeholders, convert business requirements into technical designs, support production systems (on-call), and drive agile practices and continuous improvement.

Perform indirect tax compliance for multi-state sales and use tax and business personal property tax. Supervise and train shop personnel, manage schedules, track departmental results and budgets, ensure productivity and safety, provide end-to-end customer service, and perform miscellaneous operational duties as needed.

Develop and maintain integrations and APIs connecting CRM, ERP, POS, and web systems. Participate in SDLC, design and modify systems for performance, support cross-functional teams, perform on-call rotation for 24/7 retail operations, and assist with testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.

Drive sales through events, local marketing, inventory and merchandising management, recruit and train staff, manage budgets, analyze customer feedback, liaise with service and finance, and maintain strong customer-focused, high-integrity sales practices.

Serve customers by identifying product needs, providing price estimates, scheduling installations, monitoring parts and prepayments, inspecting vehicles for proper parts, and coordinating with service staff to ensure timely, accurate installations and high customer satisfaction.
