Review and analyze documents from prospective clients, summarize key facts, connect related information, research defendants and lawsuits, and provide case support to attorneys. Maintain accurate notes, follow instructions, use office software, and perform other related duties as needed.

Represent employees in California employment litigation with emphasis on wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions. Draft and argue motions (including settlement approval), conduct legal research, attend hearings, manage caseloads and client meetings, collaborate with senior attorneys, and maintain professional ethical standards.

Provide on-site litigation support to attorneys including preparing and filing legal documents, managing case files and calendars, client and witness communications, transcription/proofreading, research, and general office support.
