Oversees marketing automation, CRM enablement, personalization, customer data activation, websites, SEO/AEO, analytics, experimentation, AI adoption, compliance, vendor management, budgets, and performance measurement. Partners across Marketing, IT, Data & Analytics, Product, Operations, and Compliance to improve member acquisition, engagement, retention, and product adoption. Manages and develops teams while ensuring scalable, secure, compliant, and measurable technology capabilities.

Conducts collections for delinquent unsecured consumer loans, including member outreach, account research, payment counseling, legal collections, charge-off processing, settlements, loan modifications, and account maintenance. Ensures compliance with collection laws and internal policies, coordinates with third-party vendors, manages delinquency risk, and assists with training new staff.

Leads enterprise quality engineering strategy, QA team development, testing governance, automation, metrics, defect management, and release readiness.
