Field-based sales role responsible for prospecting and securing auction opportunities, managing seller relationships from initial contact through settlement, coordinating auction planning and execution, using CRM to manage pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful auction outcomes and territory growth.

Prepare, stage, and maintain equipment for auctions at facility and remote sale sites. Travel to sites to clean, power-wash, arrange pallets, and stage equipment per sale sequencing. Operate skid steers, loaders, and farm machinery; transport and position items. Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance. Coordinate with lead coordinator, sales reps, and equipment owners and maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and auction facility.
