Leads LifeMoves’ individual major and principal giving program, personally managing six- and seven-figure donor relationships while supervising and developing gift officers. Responsibilities include donor identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, moves management, fundraising strategy, portfolio reporting in Salesforce, and collaboration with the CEO, board, program leaders, and development teams. The role includes significant Bay Area travel, donor events, and occasional evenings and weekends.

Leads LifeMoves’ institutional giving strategy and foundation fundraising program, managing a portfolio of major funders and personally securing six- and seven-figure gifts. Builds multi-year funding pipelines, oversees proposals and reporting, develops a high-performing fundraising team, and advises executive leadership. Partners across development, corporate engagement, volunteers, and program teams to strengthen funder relationships. Uses Salesforce to track portfolio activity and represents the organization at funder meetings, site tours, and community events.

Manages complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective actions, terminations, ADA accommodations, and employment-law compliance across multiple sites. Advises leaders and HR colleagues, maintains policies and documentation, supports audits and HR data reporting, and designs and delivers learning and development programs. The role also contributes to employee experience, retention, and engagement initiatives using a trauma-informed, people-centered approach.
