Lead and grow the façade engineering practice in Los Angeles, oversee design consulting and forensic investigations, manage project strategy, resourcing, finances, quality assurance, client relationships, business development, and contribute to company standards and leadership.

Lead and perform forensic and structural engineering analyses, produce technical reports, manage projects (budget, schedule, staffing), mentor team members, develop client relationships, and support business development and quality assurance activities.

Owns revenue recognition and reporting for US and Canada, ensuring ASC 606 and US GAAP compliance. Leads revenue analysis, internal controls, audits, and process automation. Supervises a Revenue Advisory Lead and partners with business and regional counterparts to standardize policies and drive improvements.

Support Midwest offices by preparing RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, and marketing collateral. Organize and format resumes, project sheets, and presentations, maintain branding consistency, and collaborate with technical staff to present firm capabilities. Some travel required.

Lead and manage statutory financial reporting for international subsidiaries and branches, coordinate external audits, reconcile intercompany and corporate-to-statutory differences, ensure local regulatory compliance, drive process improvements and BlackLine rollouts, and supervise the India Statutory Reporting Accountant.

Lead and grow an industrial forensic mechanical practice, conducting root cause and origin-and-cause investigations, damage assessments, technical analyses (FEA/CFD optional), preparing reports and cost estimates, mentoring staff, performing peer reviews, and supporting business development and client relationships.
