Lead HCM business analysis for payroll, HR, and time systems (Workday/UKG). Gather and document requirements, analyze gaps, design solutions, support implementations, perform light testing, and coordinate stakeholders and vendors.

Facilitate kick-offs, procure resources, track financials, and report status. Apply appropriate methodologies (waterfall, agile, Scrum), support continuous improvement, and mentor with moderate supervision.

Analyze and configure Workday and Adaptive financial modules (Finance/Procurement/AP/AR/Budgeting). Lead project work: requirements gathering, process redesign, system configuration, integrations, and testing to support finance operations.

Design, develop, and govern enterprise solutions; provide level 2/3 operational support and incident resolution; define solution architecture and standards; engage stakeholders and vendors; mentor teammates and pursue professional development.
