Coordinates community and employee engagement events, social media content, promotional materials, internal communications, recognition and wellness initiatives. Represents JBS at public events, maintains event and social calendars, tracks participation and expenses, supports recruitment and community partnerships, and provides routine HR administrative assistance. The role requires strong communication, organization, social media, event coordination, and interpersonal skills, along with local travel and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Provides desktop and laptop support, administers the crisis care center’s LAN, servers, workstations, applications, email, and network infrastructure. Installs and repairs hardware, manages user accounts, monitors support tickets, and supports telephone, camera, door, and facility systems. Maintains Avatar and Order Connect electronic health record accounts, troubleshoots data and billing issues, creates electronic forms and Crystal Reports, and supports regulatory reporting. Provides cybersecurity-compliant assistance, after-hours emergency response, and on-call support.

Manages CCBHC accounting, cost reporting, PPS rate development, billing, compliance, financial data analysis, audits, and monthly closing. The role prepares and submits CCBHC cost reports, monitors revenues and expenses, reviews invoices, coordinates with consultants and collaborating organizations, and advises management on funding optimization, process improvements, and expense control.
