Support HR and compliance by maintaining personnel records, managing licensure and training reporting, responding to employment inquiries, compiling and analyzing HR data, advising on employment policies, assisting with HR program development, and ensuring regulatory and best-practice compliance. Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources/Payroll and perform other assigned duties.

Oversees end-to-end payroll processing, ensures accurate and timely employee payments, maintains payroll systems and records, ensures compliance with tax and labor laws, prepares payroll reports, resolves discrepancies, manages and trains payroll staff, and updates payroll policies and procedures.
