Lead, hands-on Hyperion developer to design, develop, maintain, and support Hyperion Financial Management, Planning, and Essbase applications. Translate business requirements into application solutions, collaborate with users and vendors, maintain documentation and change control, support production processing, and drive process improvements.

Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Prem/Online) for Partner Relationship Management, integrate CRM with SAP, SharePoint and Office 365, develop workflows and data integrations, administer CRM environments, support ADX Portal UI, and collaborate with Business Process Owners and IT for post-go-live support.

Architect, build and maintain data warehouse and ETL processes consolidating transactional and tool data. Develop SharePoint BI and web applications, create SSIS packages and stored procedures, extend ETL/SQL and application code, troubleshoot data import/presentation issues, and create small apps to grow BI deliverables for other groups.

Provide Level-2 desktop/laptop/peripheral support: troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/VPN and VPN connectivity, maintain images and standard configurations, coordinate OEM repairs and warranties, ship replacement parts, perform moves/adds/changes, support remote users, escalate complex issues, document procedures, and assist on IT/infrastructure projects while meeting SLA and customer service expectations.

Design, develop, and test solution integration middleware for IoT solutions. Expand and maintain the data model. Perform both UI and backend development and collaborate closely with the solution architect and IoT stakeholders.
