Designs and implements configuration management policies and automated CI/CI/CD pipelines; manages source control, build and deployment scripts, environment configuration, and CM documentation; integrates ALM tools, supports production systems, coordinates releases and change control, and partners with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to improve delivery quality and automation.

Lead end-to-end delivery and administration of Salesforce CRM: gather requirements, model business processes, design and prototype solutions, configure and support multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, maintain data integrity, lead UAT, and liaise between business and technical teams in an Agile environment.
