The Staff Accountant manages financial records and transactions, supports accounts payable and receivable, maintains fixed asset records, reconciles accounts, prepares journal entries and financial reports, and assists with month-end, year-end, and audit activities. Coordinates milk transportation logistics between producers, customers, and haulers. Maintains production, pickup, receiving, inventory, and shipment records; submits schedules and reports; reconciles missing information; resolves transportation issues; and supports supply distribution. The role requires customer and supplier communication, accurate data management, Excel proficiency, reporting, problem-solving, rotating weekend work, and on-call availability.

Provide technical support, configure and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and SCADA systems; implement control projects; optimize alarms and operator interfaces; train users; maintain servers, networks, and interfaces; repair instruments; act as maintenance lead when needed.
