Design, develop, analyze and deploy large-scale, Java-centric enterprise applications as a Pega Developer. Work with Pega (CSA), J2EE (JSP/Servlets/EJB), Oracle/MS SQL, SOAP/Web Services, WebSphere, web technologies (JavaScript/CSS), and apply OOP and SDLC methodologies (Waterfall; Agile a plus).

Provide specialist functional and configuration expertise for SAP WM, IM and MM in ECC 6.0. Configure warehouse structures, material master extensions, procurement and inventory processes, batch and shelf-life management, replenishment, cross-docking and yard management. Ensure configuration integrity across landscapes, manage master data and data migrations, write detailed functional specifications, resolve cross-module dependencies, and support upgrades and enhancements.

Work with business and technical teams to elicit and formalize IVR requirements, produce BRDs and UIDDs, apply voice UI specifications, and support Agile/iterative delivery for Genesys IVR solutions.

Perform L2 system administration and support for Stratus Continuum (VOS 14.x), plan and execute serial-to-Ethernet migrations, configure Atoms terminals, MRV terminal servers, printers and barcode scanners, troubleshoot serial/Ethernet communications with application and shop-floor teams, and replace Stratus communication hardware as needed.

Lead MicroStrategy developer responsible for designing and building MicroStrategy schemas, reports and dynamic dashboards. Perform dimensional data modeling, SQL-based schema object creation, lifecycle development, report tuning and troubleshooting. Work with business teams to gather requirements, implement visualizations, and ensure performance and data accuracy.
