Required Skills:

8 + years of experience

PeopleSoft HCM techno functional

Experience Required 10 years

Experience in multiple modules in US Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits Admin, Performance Management, Training, Talent Management, Succession Planning

Analyze new requirement feasibility and create HR functional design.

Provide ongoing business and technical support

Assist in the development of training and change management materials

Work with client team to manage and update functional configurations

Generic Managerial Skills Good communication Skills

Responsible for providing project planning, management and status reporting

Additional Information
