Prospect and qualify builders, remodelers, and contractors in Central Tennessee to generate qualified opportunities and first orders. Maintain target account coverage, conduct meetings and jobsite visits, log activity in HubSpot, support Account Managers and Outside Sales, and help convert early-stage opportunities into sales.

Create sales plans, KPIs, and budgets; drive margin and process improvements; manage key customer relationships; conduct regular 1:1s and weekly meetings; ensure SOP compliance and enhance team skills. Provide administrative and operational HR support across five locations: coordinate onboarding, maintain HRIS and personnel records, manage HR inbox and communications, assist recruiting and benefits processes, support training, safety, events, and HR reporting, and perform general People & Culture office tasks.
