Coordinates commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout. Manages customer communication, schedules, deliveries, vendors, project documentation, change orders, field issues, punch lists, and closeout packages. Tracks project systems, purchase orders, milestones, billing discrepancies, and delivery variances while supporting project managers and account analysts.
