The Sales Director guides prospective families through senior living decisions, manages sales pipelines and CRM activity, achieves quarterly targets, develops value propositions, and builds referral relationships with families and industry professionals. The role requires strategic planning, persuasive communication, relationship building, consumer sales experience, computer proficiency, CRM familiarity, and reliable transportation.

Provides professional front-desk support in a senior living community by answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, coordinating reception activities, filing correspondence, sorting mail, recording meal charges, maintaining safety records and communication logs, stocking brochures, and responding calmly to emergencies. The receptionist also supports residents, attends required training, maintains an orderly front desk, and positively represents the community to prospective residents, families, and professionals.

Directs business office and human resources functions for a senior living residence. Oversees accounts receivable and payable, resident billing, collections, payroll, personnel and resident records, benefits administration, leave tracking, vendor files, compliance documentation, budgeting support, and receptionist supervision. Uses Yardi to monitor collections and delinquent accounts, supports occupancy growth, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides backup reception and resident support.
