Serves as an HR partner to community and regional leaders, handling employee relations, compliance, investigations, onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, leave administration, and policy implementation. Provides oversight, coaching, quality assurance, and temporary business office coverage, including accounting, receivables, reporting, and resident account functions. Regular travel between communities, including possible overnight stays, is required.

The Sales Director guides prospective families through senior living decisions, manages sales pipelines and CRM activity, achieves quarterly targets, develops value propositions, and builds referral relationships with families and industry professionals.
