Lead demand and supply planning for Aftermarket: drive consensus forecasts, manage inventory levels, monitor forecast accuracy and bias, coordinate with sales/marketing/factories, support new product launches, and improve forecasting processes and systems.

Manage and grow relationships with Original Equipment (OE) customers, identify new business, serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams, and ensure execution from quotation through launch. Travel across North America up to 50%.
