Coordinate daily graphics projects: review accounts, allocate tasks, perform incoming file inspections, separate art, prepare proofs/PDFs, update order specifications, ensure quality and policy consistency, and communicate with customers, sales, separators, and designers.

Designs, administers, and improves compensation programs through job evaluations, market analyses, salary structure design, and compensation modeling. Leads merit/bonus cycle tasks, survey participation, compliance audits, reporting, and stakeholder guidance. Partners with HR, Finance, and leaders to align pay practices with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
