Support enterprise risk functions including policy development, risk analysis and modeling, reporting, internal controls, stress testing, vendor and model risk management, insurance/investment support, incident response, and regulatory compliance. Assist with credit limits, IRR requirements, pricing guidelines, and audit-related activities. Collaborate across departments and maintain documentation and monitoring for ERM programs.

Perform detailed financial analyses to assess creditworthiness, prepare credit memoranda, monitor loan performance (including large, complex and agribusiness loans), ensure documentation and policy compliance, collaborate with relationship managers on loan decisions, train junior analysts, support team projects, and conduct collateral evaluations as needed.
