Serve as the front door for inbound B2B customer interest: triage and qualify inbound leads, conduct consultative discovery, route opportunities, support small transactional sales, maintain CRM hygiene, and collaborate with direct sellers and technical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and SLA adherence.

Lead enterprise sales to large, multi-location clients by penetrating target organizations, conducting senior-level consultative engagements, owning value propositions and project governance, building a robust new-business pipeline, and exceeding sales and growth targets while managing internal collaboration and company resources.

Lead accounting support for ERP implementation and ongoing project accounting: ensure accurate transaction flows, month/quarter/year-end close integrity, project cost tracking, capitalization per US GAAP, variance analysis, vendor invoicing oversight, SOX/internal control enforcement, reporting, testing, and cross-functional training for the new ERP.

Configure and maintain interactive window and door product catalogs using WTS Paradigm. Interpret product specs, BOMs and manufacturing documents to populate templates, build rules, test changes, support integrations with ERP, troubleshoot catalog issues, and collaborate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, IT and customer service.
