Design, build, and execute motor and actuator test processes and rigs for production and R&D. Analyze test data to identify trends and root causes, support product qualification and certification, document SOPs, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and field teams to improve reliability and performance. Hire and train test technicians and manage multiple test projects.

Lead end-to-end supply chain for NDAA-compliant components: source and manage domestic suppliers, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee inventory, demand forecasting, supplier audits, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, contract negotiations, and continuous improvement to support production.

Lead sales strategy and growth for drone motors and robot actuators. Manage and mentor the sales team, build relationships with OEMs and robotics companies, align sales with product and engineering, forecast and report performance, and represent Westmag at industry events.

Lead end-to-end technical programs across design, engineering, manufacturing, and customer delivery. Drive schedules, identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, run status reviews, and optimize program processes to deliver motors and actuators on time and on spec.
