Serve as the site point-of-contact supervising staff: manage workflow and schedules, assess performance, hire and onboard employees, train staff (including Payment Management System), enforce policies and controls, collaborate with management to improve processes, and report issues to regional management.

Supervise daily operations on an assigned warehouse line, coordinate team activities, monitor productivity and quality, enforce safety procedures, and act as primary liaison between warehouse associates and management.
