Job Summary: The SITE POC will communicate the company’s needs, oversee employee’s performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the company so that each is successful. They will report any issues or findings to the Regional Manager/ Recruiter.


Summary Specific to Job:


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Manage the workflow of employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks
  • Assess the work performance of employees and identify areas that need improvement
  • Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
  • Train and onboard new hires to make sure they understand their roles 
  • Set each staff member up with their login on Payment Management System and train them on logging in and using the system to access stubs and/or make necessary changes as needed
  • Process applicants through the Company's hiring process, including informing candidates of job requirements; conducting reference checks; preparing summaries of candidate’s strengths and weaknesses for subsequent interviews; coordinating subsequent and final interviews with hiring managers (dependent on the position); extending employment offers; providing drug testing information to candidates; and coordinating start dates with appropriate supervisors
  • Set goals for workers and make sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision
  • Ensures policies, procedures and adequate controls are in place to meet department goals
  • Demonstrate knowledge of, and consistently and fairly administer and support company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Collaborate with upper management to enhance or change processes or procedures to proactively provide improved client support
  • Provide direct daily supervision and review work of assigned departmental employees 
  • Performing other duties as assigned

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
  • Able to demonstrate effective external and internal customer services skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
  • Able to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and function effectively with or as part of a team
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Associates in related field or a combination of Education and Experience
