Develop, program, convert, and support Siemens-based PLC and HMI control systems for presses and palletizers. Lead conversions from Mitsubishi and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley to Siemens, create electrical BOMs and schematics, integrate machine communications, and provide commissioning, troubleshooting, and long-term technical ownership and standardization of Siemens control platforms.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, reconciliations, and payroll processing. Support HR tasks (PTO tracking, benefits, COBRA, open enrollment), petty cash, and general front-office operations. Perform general ledger entries, payroll reporting, and related accounting duties to ensure professional office operation.

Lead tooling design for new and existing jobs, evaluate customer drawings, resolve design issues, provide technical assistance, research tooling concepts, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and coordinate between departments to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Designs, programs, and troubleshoots electrical and control systems (PLC/HMI/SCADA, VFDs, motion control). Develops control programs, panel layouts, BOMs, and wiring schematics. Performs startup, debugging, and field diagnostics; supports customers on-site and off-site. Works with mechanical team on sequences and layouts, writes operations manuals, and troubleshoots communication networks (Ethernet/IP, Remote I/O, Profibus).
