Lead accounting functions including month-end close, journal entry review, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, audit support, financial reporting, cash collections/accounts payable oversight, and partner with operations and the CFO to analyze financial performance and improve processes.

Support HR operations including employee relations, HRIS administration, training, performance management, compliance, I-9 and file audits, exit interview analysis, employee engagement programs, and participation in disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.

Serve as the organization's chief legal advisor and executive, overseeing corporate governance, compliance, contracts, labor and employment, IP, litigation, and regulatory affairs. Develop legal strategy, manage outside counsel and legal budgets, lead the in-house legal team, advise executive leadership and the board, monitor legal/regulatory changes, support risk management and crisis response, and maintain relationships with regulators and stakeholders.
