Perform enterprise system administration including design, configuration management, maintenance, troubleshooting, forecasting capacity needs, and documenting standards and procedures for large-scale Windows/VMware environments.

Lead architecture across application, data, and technical domains; use frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, CXF, Drools), BPM, NoSQL, and Big Data. Drive full lifecycle architecture, pre-sales solutioning, business analysis, team leadership, and client presentations.

Design, develop, and execute in-sprint automation using Java and Cucumber for web services (SOAP/REST). Collaborate with QA, BSA, and developers in Scrum, manage test cycles in JIRA, integrate with CI (Jenkins/Bamboo), automate against Cassandra/Hadoop, create Gherkin features/step definitions, demo scripts, analyze CI failures, and log defects.

Design, implement, and maintain Hadoop-based big data platforms using HDFS, Pig, Hive, HBase and Sqoop. Lead and provide oversight to the Hadoop team, write/debug Pig/Hive/Sqoop and shell/Python code, perform performance tuning and troubleshooting, liaise with application teams for issue resolution, and provide on-call weekend support.
