Coordinates project workflows, customer communications, reorders, service work, invoicing, purchase orders, and profitability tracking. Serves as a primary customer contact while supporting Sales and Project Managers. Prepares presentations, obtains labor quotations, researches orders, clarifies invoices, and coordinates across Design, Sales, Installation, Accounting, and other departments. Processes vendor invoices, credit memos, check requests, and payments; verifies purchase orders, resolves discrepancies, codes invoices to general ledger accounts, reconciles vendor statements and prepaid expenses, manages vendor records, and prepares 1099 reporting. The role requires accurate accounts payable or general accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, ERP proficiency, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Plan, design, and furnish commercial interiors by meeting with clients and sales, producing space plans, schematic and working drawings, product specifications, and coordinating installations. Maintain project files, attend client and internal meetings, perform field measurements and punch lists, and ensure designs meet codes and mechanical/electrical coordination.

Manage furniture projects from proposal through installation: coordinate clients, architects, suppliers and installers; track orders, schedules, change orders, invoicing, and post-install punch lists to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

Support Account Executives by managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining CRM records, scheduling demos, and resolving client issues to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Senior individual contributor who leads execution of integrated marketing campaigns, manages social media, develops sales and proposal collateral, enforces brand standards, maintains digital asset libraries, analyzes campaign performance, and mentors junior staff to support business development and recruiting.
