Administer, configure, support, and optimize business-critical applications including accounting, payroll, purchasing, maintenance, and enterprise systems. Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, integrations, updates, and system settings; troubleshoot issues; monitor performance; document procedures; and identify process improvements.
