Lead and develop the US helpdesk team to deliver and improve end-user IT services. Own ITSM practices and ServiceNow roadmap, optimize endpoint lifecycle (Jamf/Intune), enforce SLAs/KPIs, drive automation and self-service, partner with security and infrastructure, and improve onboarding/offboarding and overall user experience.

Partner with SG&A leaders and FP&A to manage planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Own SG&A forecasts, prepare monthly and executive reporting, build models in Excel and Adaptive Planning, analyze large datasets (including Salesforce), and support cross-functional FP&A initiatives and continuous improvement.

Embed with biopharma clients to rapidly prototype and deploy GenAI solutions (RAG, LLMs, agentic workflows). Own end-to-end delivery from whiteboard to production, iterate with stakeholders, and feed learnings back into product.

Lead hands-on Salesforce administration and solution design to support sales, pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Configure platform elements, manage users and security, troubleshoot issues, build dashboards and reports, drive process and integration improvements (Salesforce, FinancialForce/Certinia), and enable user adoption through training and change management while partnering with Sales, Finance, and Strategic Operations.
