Maintain general ledger and journal entries, perform reconciliations, support month- and year-end close, prepare financial statements and variance analyses, manage A/P and A/R, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Partner with clinical and non-clinical leaders to manage employee relations, conduct investigations, ensure compliance with employment and healthcare regulations, support HR operations and talent acquisition, and lead culture, engagement, and leadership development initiatives to maintain a professional, patient-centered care environment.

Designs, administers, and reconciles physician and APP compensation programs; prepares reconciliation reports; models compensation plans; supports budgeting and onboarding/offboarding related to compensation; builds dashboards and analytics; advises leadership on provider productivity, cost efficiency, and compliance with FMV and federal regulations.
