Provide accounting support by processing vendor payments, patient refunds, and reimbursements; assist with data entry, payroll preparation, bank deposits, reports, record scanning and mail sorting; offer administrative support to Accounting Manager and perform other assigned duties.

Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements, support month-end close, prepare tax and payroll-related reconciliations, assist with audits, monitor capital inventory, produce monthly financial reports, research discrepancies, and perform related clerical duties.

Lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Oversee payroll tax filings, reconciliations, audits, system administration (ADP Workforce Now), process improvements, and supervise payroll staff while partnering with HR and Finance.
