Oversee accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing; validate payroll data, manage tax filings and year-end activities, resolve discrepancies, support audits, maintain payroll systems, and prepare reports. Partner with HR and Finance on employee changes, ensure regulatory compliance, safeguard confidential information, and mentor junior payroll staff.

Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts and bank statements, support month-end close, prepare tax and payroll-related reconciliations, assist with audits, monitor capital inventory, produce monthly financial reports, research discrepancies, and perform related clerical duties.
