Responsibilities include handling confidential information, preparing filings and correspondence, managing office supplies and equipment, processing orders, checks, credit card requests, billing, reports, databases, files, and status tracking. The role also supports customer inquiries, website updates, case closures, and tenant or landlord matters. Experience working with children and families in a trauma-informed environment is required.
